How long does it take for AP approval - after RFE response

Please share your expereince!!!

Me and my wife got our AP (2nd time) on time but had an RFE (Photo) for my kid's AP. I have sent them the new photos. Could any one share - that generally how long does the approval take after they receive the RFE response (they have recd the RFE response as per the USCIS website).

Need to travel... hence the anxiety!!!

Hi Andy I am from NJ too. Have one question.....

First time applying for Adv. Parole.

Status : EB-3, I-485 interview has been cleared in July 2005. Due to retrogession waiting for GC. Holding EAD right now.
I-485 was sent to VSC then transfered to Newark,NJ
Question: Where should I send Adv. Parole Application (I-131) ?

I guess you have to send it to Vermont only. Still check with other guys with a similar situation.
 
Anyone in the same situation? How long did it take for the approval, after the RFE response???

5 months for an AP approval.. damn.

Ya know what though, that's ghey. Friggen USCIS needs a hot poker up there collective asses to get them moving.

With the amount of LUD's you have it looks like they are playing poker with your forms. :D
One of my friends applied for AP ( same package like ur's) in May 2006 and got it in 62 days. No LUD's.

The USCIS 'CRIS' probably decided to give you the Green Card,,so why bother giving other forms. :)

That would be wonderful in fact :)

I had the same thought since we have not been given an interview date as of yet.
Hopefully we just wasted our money on the EAD and AP. If there's no interview
and we just get the PR card, it's all water under the bridge lol.
