I got an H1B petition approval from the US govt and I took it back to the US Consulate in my home country (Hong Kong) to apply for a H1B visa. I did that on May 28th and still haven't gotten any news from the Consulate.
Does anyone have the same problem as I have? and how long should I expect the visa will be ready? and are there any ways to inquire or expedite the process?
