How long does GC stamping take in Phoenix?

I am going to go the Phoenix CIS office tomorrow, 07/20, for GC stamping. Approximately how long does the process take? How early is it recommended for people to go to avoid spending the whole day at the CIS office?

go on wednesday or Thursday. We went there at 6:45 am and were out by 8:45am. It takes hardly 15 mts once your number is called. It is about an hour and half wait to get your number called as the officers talk about everything else in the world among themselves while working on cases.
