how long does GC applicant have to stay at sponsor company after GC was granted?

Does anybody know the answer? My lawyer said before AC21 was published, it does imply that GC applicant has to work for the employer for at least a few months, but AC21 allows GC applicant to change job even 6 months after 485 was filed, so generally employer will not revoke the GC even applicant left after GC was granted.

any ideas?

The rule of thumb is to give them between 6 months and a year as a courtesy if you are thinking of changing jobs. However there is no actual written rules regarding this.
