how long does file take to reach the officer

My RFE response has been received by the INS and just day is left to adjudicate the case as my PD would be retrogress.

Is any miracle can happen???

Be very hopeful, you have very good chances, they would try to approve as many as they can before Oct 1st, if they already have received ur response.
