Hello,
I filed an I-130 petition direct at consulate in Warsaw, Poland for my Ukrainian wife.
We received a case number on March 4th, and I emailed Packet 3 documents the next day.
Day after this I talked to a worker there and she said she was sending my wife's name in for an FBI namecheck. She told me that this usually takes no more than 3 weeks to come back.
She said that after this clearance is received, we could schedule interview date for her (I told her we already had medical and police check and all other necessary documents).
She said we would probably have interview date around first of April.
Does what this worker told me sound correct?
