I'm a citizen and petitioned my wife who is now a pending permanent resident. We filed in NYC and haven't heard anything in almost 3 years other than having her fingerprints taken every year. Does anyone know how long this process takes in NYC? We filed in Dec 2002 and we still don't have the interview.
