How long do I need to wait if my 140 is with an officer for processing

Finally, get an email from my lawyer.

"I wanted to give you an update on your case.
We received a response from the AILA liaison indicating your file is with an officer for processing. I followed-up with the liaison to ask if that meant that the security clearance had been completed and she indicated that she believes the security clearance has been completed and that the case is now with an officer for adjudication."

Anyone knows usually how long it takes an officer to adjustify a 140 file?

I had my interview before they even approve my i-140. My name check has not been done yet. I belive they should process our i-140 without the name check. your name check is done so they should process your application anytime now...if not, you should start bugging them...you are almost there

140 approved yesterday. My signature is updated accordingly.

Thanks for all the help I get from this group. Now move onto 485 and waiting for quota patiently....

did u get email from USCIS or your lawyer informend you?
