How long do I have to work for this company after green card.

I started with a I-20 F- 1 visa. Started with this company in Jan 2005 (same company that filed my labor, I140, I485). The company has no objection if I find another company.

So gurus : saras, poj, un etc.... please advise.... even though I have worked only 6 months with this company...and my I485 has been approved ....can I find another company to work for...or even start my own businesss.....(company says :enjoy your freedom) :rolleyes:
