How long categories EB2 & EB3 might stay current...

Hi Folks,

I know it is way too difficult to guess this.

But any rational or irrational (I don't care ) or just feelings, guesses what so ever...

How long do you folks think that these EB2/EB3 will be current. Soon I may have to make a decision to either go for a consulting position or stay with my Co. and wait for next 3-4 years for a GC? I have an offer from a consulting Co. in DE and my Co. is in CA.

I am thinking of best case 1.5 years for DE and 3.0+ for CA.

Any advise, thoughts...I am also interested for EB3 from Florida timinings...

all the category was suppose to be current untill mid 2003 before concurent filing

all the category was suppose to be current untill mid 2003 before concurent filing i-140, i-485.

My guess is it will stay current untill end of this year.

Obviously DE Labor will take less time, tell that company to file for your labor and join that comapny after your labor approved (you need atleast couple of months for your h1 transfer)

HI Prad,

I think DE Lc is much faster . If we get reliable company. As far as the EB2 &EB3 the category may reamin current untill major legislation changes comes. As I understand it is because of offsetting the unused quotas.
Can you mail me(private message) the contact address of the Delaware company I'm also in the same position.
