How long can CSC continue to create 485 backlogs .. ??

Seriously, Is there not anyone who can question the backlog at 485 in CSC. Can CSC take the approach that of TSC, just let the JIT remain at Nov 16th 2001 and approve 485s at snail pace? Realistically, how long can someone who applied on NOV 17th 2001 can wait.. Does he have any other option than just wait ???

Atleast, will the impending Elections divert the attention of senators to this ?? Is it fair to hope to rcv 485 approval before next elections (Nov 2004) ???
