Hi,
My case somewhat tricky. I came to USA in H4 and applied L1 as my company has US operations. Before applying L1 my spouse started the H4 extension for me and my kids. The extension is still in-progress. But i got my L1 approved now with Change of status to L1.
1) Should i cancel my earlier H4 extn request. Because i afriad if H4 get approved it will overwrite the previous L1.
2) in i-539 of my kids my name is Applicant, if i cancel my H4 will it void my kids H4 extn request as well?
3) I'm awaiting for project assignation. How long i can stay in this status.
