How long can postpone FP?

I got my first FP notice last week. But since I'm in india right now, the notice was send back for rescheduling. How many time can I send it back for rescheduling? I won;t be able to come back to US for a couple of months.

I believe it can be postponed until one month. check
with ur attorney also.
