How long between RFI and BIO receiving?

How long is it usually to take between RFI and BIO receiving?

This question is concerned by many people here who received their RFI but no BIO yet.

Hi Sad,

Mine was just about two weeks after receiving RFI. Some received the BIO months after the RFI. If NSC starts approving cases with Notice Date closed to yours and you have not done your BIO, you need to do the same as others by calling NSC or taking other actions.

Hi When,

Just be patient. Give NSC some more time to sent out your BIO. With your ND May 2001, you are not in the rush to get your BIO done. NSC is processing cases with ND up to October 2000 only.

anyone of ND before May 2001 is still waiting for BIO?

I know some people of ND May 2001 got their BIO letters. I just want to know whether someone else of ND before May 2001 is still waiting for BIO.

I got mine on Saturday...Call USCIS..you should have your BIO before august. I also found out today from an attorney that getting BIO really depends on where you live. Where do u live?
