How long between approval for travel doc and reciept of doc?

Approximately how long does it take to recieve the travel document after they tell you it's been approved?

We got a notice saying they approved it on 12/11. Think we'll have it before the 31st?
 
Took mine 5 days to arrive. Assuming USPS doesn't send it back, you should have it early this week.
