My labor that was pending for last 11 months got approved last week.
Now to avail the benefit of 3 year extension on the basis of approved I-140, we are planning to file I140-EB3 Premium Processing. But I am not sure if we can do it without recieving the original certified labor first.
Can someone please tell:
1. If one can file I-140 EB3 in Premium Processing without the original certified labor from PERM Center, using the screen shot of the status page?
If yes, how?
2. How long does it normally takes before one recieves the certified labor from Atlanta PERM Center?
