Can someone please advise as to how long does it usually take for the USCIS (Vermont Service Center to be precise) to get back on a pending I-130 after the petitioner has responded to an RFE.
I got an RFE on I-130 for which i responded in early Sept. Still waiting to hear back from VSC now. For one, I am not sure why was i sent an RFE as it didn't say i am missing any docs. Anyway, i filed my I-130 in Oct 2003 and I see a lot of cases have been approved around that date.
I will greatly appreciate any advice on this.
