How Long before Chennai acknowledges recpt

All,
My case was sent to consulate by NVC on Oct 15th. I sent an email on Friday Oct 22, to see if the case was reached there, got a response back that they have not recd the case yet.

How long does it take for them to reach, any chance that it will reach before Nov 10th update ? Or is it most likely that i have to wait for the December 10 update ?

Delhi Consulate has recieved the case when I last spoke with them . They have not scheduled the interview but I'm hopefull of December interview

Did your lawyer recievd the notice from NVC saying that they have forwarded the case to consulate ?
