How long after RFE?

If you have submitted your RFE and waiting for approval, Please post your information here. I just wanted to get a general feeling about how long should it take at this stage. If the worst case scenario is about 2 or 3 month, then I would have to renew my EAD and be prepared for the worst case.

In your case, the waiting is more than 2 month now. I remembered on the RFE, INS said if it passed 60 days, contact them. I am sure you have already done that. What did they say?

I do not understand why it took couple of days for some people and couple of months for others. I think one logical explaination is sometimes INS misplaced our response and it took a while to realize that and it took even longer to find them.

The worst case could happen is another issue of RFE if they could not find the previous one eventually.

Let\'s hope that we all get through this mess tomorrow.
