How Long after RFE

How long does it usually take to get approved after a medical test RFE is submitted.

A friend of mine had similar RFE and 3 months later his 485 was approved.
His application was filed in NSC. However, from what I have seen, nothing can be said with certainty about the time taken for approval after RFE. Some people got approval in a couple of weeks, some had to wait months.

according to website 60 days,(depends on ur case normally 10 to 60 days).
if u rcase with district office then normally u have to wait 120 days.
