How long after PP stamping to recieve the VSC plastic card ?

Folks:

  I have my PP stamped yesterday in Dallas. How long should I wait to recieve my plastic card from VSC. I have seen people getting their card in less than three weeks. I also have seen people not getting their card for over four months. Any ideas ? Thanks for your feedback.
