Found out yesterday that my initial assesment has been done and an interview waived.
Buffalo is now asking for medicals. Does anyone know how long it takes after submitting the medicals for.... the next step? What is the next step anyway? Do they issue a visa after the medicals are done?
Also.... how long do I have to enter the country as a permanent resident after everything is approved by Buffalo? 6 months? 1 year?
Also, I've been looking at the medical test requirements. I keep seeing references to 'medical history'. What does this mean? Does this mean that they require you to submit records from your doctor? Not sure I'm comfortable with that.
