I spent 1 hour and 18 minutes on hold last friday and finally got through (after hearing some really strange noises) and read them the number that was on the back of the check they cashed. The lady confimed that it was our lin#. The problem lies in the fact that his card expires on 9/29 and without that letter as evidence of a 1yr extension, we'll have to make an infopass appointment which sucks since we're both interns with little workday flexibility and the local office being 1.5 hrs away.
Also, the number isn't in the online system yet.
