same here, file assigned to Officer on 3/6/01 ( EB3 INDIA/ OTHERS PD : 10/97 ) and no word yet. Also
my wife\'s FP is not yet done, i expect to receive FP notice if the Officer reviews the file. There was another topic
in this forum members who spoke to IIO and it was told INS is reviewing ND 99 cases . I would hope that
something would happen soon. Probably they are reviewing cases since the PD dates have progresses
rapidly and also there is pressure from Congress to reduce backlogs as much as they can.
