how long after FP to get passport stamped ?

Hi,
   I was wondering if anybody knows how long it takes to get the notice for passport stamping after the finger printing is done ?
My FP was done one 5 dec and was sent from the FBI office to the INS on the 10 Dec.

After the FP is done. It takes approximately 6 months for the INS to process your case further. In absence of RFE (Request For Evidence) you should get an I-485 approval notice in 180-365 days. After you get that you go and get the passport stamped.
