How long after FP - EB3 PD Jan 99

Hi
 I completed my FP on Mar 02 2001. My Pd is Jan 99 and my ND Oct 99. Current PD for EB3 is Feb 98. Can you post how long I have to wait before approval ( already it is more than 18 months ).
