How long after card production ordered?

I am glad to say that today I got email that my card has been ordered. I was wondering how long it takes them to 'produce' it and for me to get it in mail. Also what is ADIT?

"Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later."

It shouldn't be more than 60 days. In my case it took them about 4 weeks.
