How long after assignment to officer ?

I just called CSC IIO to check the status of my I-485 (EB3 India, PD 6/6/97, ND 9/10/99)
He said that the file has been assigned to an officer. How long does it take from now
for the approval (assuming FP turns out fine)

Can you post the number you called up and what tracking # should i have handy? Will they be able to provide status using my A # as i think my lawyer has given me incorrect 485 WAC #. Thanks in advance ,

Call (949)831-8427 assuming you are with CSC. Try the A# but it is better to get your WAC# number. get a copy of the receipt from your lawyer for the filing of your 485.
