Yes, I didn't got my Fp Notice yet.
I don't know what to do.
My colleagues who filed with me with same employer got their 140 but iam still waiting for mine.
I have only 3 year degree. May be that is reason my 140 is still in the process. My employer also thinks like this but no one knows what to do.

Any suggestions from your side

I applied for my EAD renewal on Dec9th 2004 and my I-140 and I-485 were approved on the 15th. It worked for me . I hope it will for you.
 
Dont know what to tell you...others have had their 140 approved before FP and yet, I got FP but no approvals. DOnt know which is preferable.
