How likely we will get RFE

My RD is 09/02. Since many people get RFE my question is how like I am gonna get a RFE and usually how long it takes them to look at teh case again after they receive the response to RFE?

On average an RFE is issued for about 50% of the cases. This not very scientific, just an educated guess from looking at the info in Rupnet.

As for time from receipt of evidence to adjudication, anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months or longer. Again check Rupnet by sorting the RFE column and AD column.

For me personally, it took 5 weeks from receipt (Dec. 26th) to adjudication (Jan. 30th).

Does it depend from the size of the company???

Does an RFE depend on the size of the company, the assets reported, or is it just the discretion of the Immigration Officer?:confused:
 
It looks like all the Jan approved cases ahd REF issued unfortunately. Sp we are not even close yet if we have not got FRE.
