Hi all, I have been in working at a client site in the bay area for 2 yrs now and my sponsoring co. is in the East coast.
GC filed in VSC.
Changed jobs - Joined client after 180 days.
Did not notify INS.
Case transfered to SF local Office. AVM says they will schedule an interview or decide on your case.
Anyone who has experienced an interview there please respond.
Should I take an attorney with me?
