Were there more denials in case for which they asked for RFEs? So how was the scenerio then vs. now?? what was the percentage of denial in case of an inquiry at that time?? Does anybody have any feel for this?
Did INS allow $1000 fine for not being in "status" or employment at the time of approvals or whatever and approved cases? I have not heard of many denials before, I am sure there used to be layoffs and company closings then too.
