Hi, Gurus:
If one company was acquired by the other one, the employees that in I-485 stage less than 180 days need to file amended I-140.
My question is "almost every merger takes 1~6 months, how INS decides which day is the finalized date of the merger?"
And during the merger if the employees pass 180 days of pending I-485, do
they still need to file amended I-140?
Please post your experiences or comments, any of that is appreciated.
