How High/low are my chances based on my CN

I got my letter back in early june and I sent it out a while back ( i think like 2 days later) I was just wondering if you guys had an idea considering my file # is

EU22xxx, from Germany, are the odds on my side?
 
There are no guarantees of course, but based on previous years - yes, the odds are on your side. If you had been in DV2009, you would have had your interview in May.

It's worth keeping an eye on to see how quickly they are getting through the case numbers. You can also access previous visa bulletins to see when your number became current in previous years.
