My PD is Jun 2001. I belong to EB3. I belong to CSC. My ND is Jan 2005. My namecheck is done (suppose).

Taking into consideration the current scenario and also the new bill Ted Kennedy wants to push for more visa numbers...

How far my approval will be?

Any guesses?
 
Follow my formula.

It can be easily determined by this formula:
Time_Aprroval_chari = 0.83783 * (4.584 * 23% + y^47565654) + Derivative(x^4545 + y ^ 837575)

Where y = Number of crabs in the Persian Ocean
x = Velocity of a snail

Now back to the serious answer, based on the www.murthy.com comments, it seems November 2005 dates are expected to stay as is. Murthy.com also says some movement is expected in 2006. Perhaps yours is not too far away I guess.

My guess is definitely within the 2006 USCIS fiscal year. Need to hang in there just that little bit longer :)
