How EB3 retro impact my I485 RFE?

Hi, all:

I got I485 RFE on Dec 28th. I am preparing documents to respond to this RFE. I knew USCIS 's memo concerning EB3 cut off back to 2002. As far as I know, all of guys who got I485 RFE will get approval in 30 -60 days. My question is: after this INS move, how this memo will impact my I485 approval? Will I be affacted by this memo and wait another year or two to get my I485 approved?

Is this nornally true RFE cases will be adjucated in 30 days?Is this nornally true RFE cases will be adjucated in 30 days? I got a RFE this month. Does this mean my I-485 will be adjucated in 30 days? I got my I-140 approved really fast. Maybe this RFE means fast results coming?
