How does new AC21 affect 485 v/s CP decision?

Looks like my i-140 will be processed in a few weeks. I might have choice to go for CP or 485. Are there any recent post regarding this comparison?

Can someone enlighten me with pro-cons in light of new law?

   Are you from ISN ?
   CP is definitely faster and safer.
   AOS is faster (6 months) only in California .
