Hello, guys,
I have a somewhat philosophical qiestion:
how INS processes I-485s.
The descrepancies between ADs of differtent people with the same RD/ND are huge,
yet I was told that once the INS office takes a case from the shelf it should take about a month for him to process the case.
Assuming that this is true, and that the cases are handeled on the first come first serve
basis the fluctuations of ADs should be much smaller, (at least for the majority of folks who
are not asked for an interview, who have no criminal and out of status past).
Any ideas on what is going on ?
P.S. While I can understand the frustration
of many I would like to ask you to avoid the remarks
like "They are morons who do not know what they are doing" as much as possible.
After all, even a millder form of such comment is just a partial expllanation,
all frustration nonwithstanding.
Cheers!
