How does INS determine that you have worked for more than 180 days

at a copmany ? what proof neeed to be submitted to prove that you gave worked for more than 180 days. what if you got layedoff right after the 180 days were complete will the termination letter from the copmany a good document to submit to INS ?

AC21 106(c) does not require you to have worked for your sponsoring company for more than 180 days. The requirement is that your I-485 has been pending for more than 180 days.

Why are you complicating the issue? After 180 days from RD you can take a similar job. No one\'s asking you proof that you worked for 180 days. In any case GC is for a future job. Submitting a lay off letter cannot help your case.
 
What happens in case old employer withdraws I-140 because employee changed jobs before 180 days?

any GC approved till now - based on future job ??

Has anybody got their GC approved, based on GC for future job ? Which means, you never worked for the sponsoring company..or worked for a few months initially, but not after I140..

Any real case ?
