Hello,
Does anybody know how the INS deals with the appeal cases? After my NIW case had been refused in 1999, I appealed. On Jan 8, 2001, I received a letter from the Appeal Office saying that I had won the appeal, my I40 petition was approved and all my documents has been returned to the office ,which originally decided my case, for further processing. Since then, I have not heard anything from the INS. Does anybody know how INS deal with the appeal cases like mine? and How long will it take them to response me (It has been 8 monthes already).
