How does Beneficiary find out when was GC petition is filed

Yes: ask the petitioner.

It would be a strange case indeed where the beneficiary was unable to ask the petitioner this question, considering there is supposed to be some sort of immediate family relationship between them leading to being petitioned in the first place.
 
I guess the beneficiary may be able to do an FOIA request to USCIS for their A file, which should have the petition.

How to find if NTA was issued or not if the beneficiary no more lives at old address? How to get copy of that NTA?
