How does a 4 month overstay affect my wife's GC approval?

Hello everyone. I am a US citizen. My then girlfriend
came to Puerto Rico (US territory) on a tourist Visa
and after a few months we got married. We applied
for adjustment of status on September 2017 while in the US but due to hardship after Hurricane Maria hit Puerro Rico, we had to leave for Mexico. When we were coming back home she was sent back to Mexico, because we had not filed for advanced parole (again due to Hurricane. She signed a document indicating she was withdrawing her application for admission.
We were told her case would continue but would would now be split into a 2 step process.
Her i130 was approved (on January 2019) and are now waiting for an appointment in Juarez, Mexico.
How will this 4 month overstay affect her? Her six month limit ended May 30. We left the US on October 1.

To clarify, the 4 month overstay was May-Sept 2017, and she left October 2017? She wouldn’t even have incurred a ban for a 4 month overstay (it kicks in at 180 days.) As far as I understand it this should not be a problem at a green card interview.
