How do you send the application form?

I sent the form by USPS express mail and I forgot that it requires signature from the recipent. The post office left the notice to the recipent. The address of the service center is PO BOX. Will the N-400 unit staff pick it up? The mail will be returned after 5 business days of the 2nd attempted delivery. I am quite worry about that.

I wanna see if any others sent the form with signature requirement and how's the outcome.

Expressmail does deliver to PO box address. Signature confirmation is only upon request.
Looks like you made the wrong choice. A simple first class mail or Priority mail would have been ok too.
In your case you probably paid 3X for postage and on top of that didn't get it to them as fast as you wanted.

No need to worry - I did the same. They will pick it up on the same or next business day. In my case, the mail was delivered on a saturday and was picked up at 5:20 am on monday morning. The online status was updated only by 1pm. Fyi, You can also request proof of delivery via email/fax etc. later.

Thanks for telling me about that. Today I checked and it was delivered in the early morning at 5:40am. I wonder how they could pick it up even when the post office haf not opened yet. Anyway, It is a big relief to me as I was so afraid it would be returned.

Thanks for others who replied to this thread. I think I should've sent the form by priority mail. It is quick, cheap and free of worries.
