Just a question on how you can see when your case is looked at (LUD I think) all I can see is that my case is pending at a USCIS service center. Do I have to register and get email updates or how does this work?
Thats exactly right. Create a profile on the website and add your receipt numbers. You will see a column that says Last Update Date which will tell you when your file has been most recently touched.
