How do you package AC21?? Please confirm if address is fine!

Friends! Let me confirm if everything is fine. I just compiled AC21

Cover Letter
EVL
Copies of I 140 approval notice and I485 notice

To be faxed to 214-962-2632

or address to General Correspondance (???) TSC, PO BOX 851488, Mesquite, TX 75185-1488

If anybody can add a thing that helps now!! Appreciate for all the help.

there are many sample AC-21 letters in this forum. take ur pick and send it to
the service center where ur 485 is pending. send it by certified mail so u can
have proof that they've received it.

Usually when attorney send AC-21 covering letter they include A# and beneficiary receipt numbers in the letter.
