How do you make sure USCIS got I-485 RFE?

Lawyer sent I-485 RFE response on the 80th day.

Is there any way to confirm USCIS has received the thing ? I mean, I don't have access to the package tracking info, and I want to know whether LUD typically change to confirm receipt of the RFE as soon as they get it ? If so, I will keep eye on it.
 
I replied to my RFE day before yesterday by overnight. Yesterday msg on my case changed to we got your response to our RFE etc.

You can check status of your case, it should get updated.
 
safest way

safest way is using any trackable mail to send your documents, such as Delivery confirmation USPS mail, UPS, FedEX, ...
