Are you new to this site ??? This thing that calls itself Habib / habibi is " FAMOUS".

I know friend, but somehow my conscience doesn't allow me to let another Babar to attack India and create a Babri masjid of its own ideas.
There are several people on this forum who won't know Habibi's intentions. I want to suppress this devil every time it raises its head with such ideas as hers.

I suggest you compose a crisp and brief summary of this "Thing"
and then mark the Posting as Very IMPORTANT and see that it stays on TOP.
This will keep people away from responding to him...
By responding and posting on his thread We are wasting time, energy and valuable space/ memory

you asked me a question and it is answering by some jerks/ moran of this site.
As far the sources,
1. check todays posting in this site. you will see some transfer.
2. There are others who is not part of this site is getting RFE or interview.
3. Wait and see next couple of days/ week.
For your knowledge and all new comer, I am posting again a list of jerks which I posted in my old thread. Beware from them. They think their posting is the best and cannot tolerate different ppls opinions/views. They start attacking ppl if it is not their favor. All of them dont have any job to do, just posting and watching this site all day long.

This is no brainer. Go to murthy.com and search the previous chats and article by attorney Sheela Murthy. For quality control purposes RFE is issued for one out of five AOS applications. That is for 20% of the cases. In this soft economy where in most of the major companies had layoffs, and because of the sept 11 attacks, INS wants to make sure that the applicant has a job and also continuous presence in some cases. Obviously they don't want to issue green cards to the people who will become a liability to the governament. They don't want people to get the GC stamping and apply for UB 40 form.
this is the reason why they are asking for employment letter, tax returns for the last two years (which most of the attorneys submit along with the 485 application) and recent pay stubs.
