When reading a posting on this forum, How you know on which date it was posted ?

If it cannot be known, is there any convention being followed ??

For example If I search for "Approved" I get a list of threads but how do I know who got approved on which date ? Most of the user says My Applications has been approved today. But now reading retroactively how can one know what date that today is ?

Thankfully some of them have put their AD as part of the description.

May be we can agree on a convention like while posting Approvals user puts Approved and AD in the subject while posting approvals.

Ofcourse some may say it is easier to go to rupnet...

U need to call FBI to get that info...! and I checked with FBI on the date of this post by you...I got the answer as
26th July 2003 09:38 AM ? Am I right?
Just kidding... :) :)
Well if you look at the bottom left corner, you will find when each message is posted, with date/time..

Also this may not be the actual Approval Date..! and we would know only if the person mentions this..!!

Hope this helps

Thanks!! vijayrc .

I see the reponse you posted had the date and time stamp while mine did not have . Is there some profile that I need to set ?

I see the date details on yours with no problem. You need to set the time in the profiles as whatever timezone you are there.

Thanks!! frantic

I already have Time offset set under Edit Options. I am using IE 5.5 . May be some browser issue ?
