how do you find out if someone is a naturalize citizen?

Actually, if you are a naturalized citizen, techically a federal judge can strip you of your citizenship. This is one of the ill effects of some of the INS laws passed in 1996. If you ask me, this is absurd. Why give someone citizenship only to later strip it. I dont think the INS has really done this, but it is shocking to know that this can actually happen. Wow!!! Muderers have more rights than immigrants.
