How do we know if we get second letter or not? Although CN is current !!

My CN is current for June i.e. 2009AS00024xxx. So how long should I wait to know if I am getting second letter. Also I want to know if everybody gets the second letter when there number are current? I know the required qualifications to have to win the DV. I do possess them. Is there any site or is there any center or we can call KCC to know if we are getting the Second Letter. This would help me out to make the preparations. Or i am afraid like i will get the Second Letter too near to the interview date and dont have enough time to get things ready.

If anybody has any idea, please share in this thread.

It's been discussed sooooo many times!
You should wait a week or two and then call to KCC (search the forum for the contact info) tell them your case number and they will tell you when and where your interview is and when they have sent the 2nd NL.
I 've received it about 3 weeks after my number was current. (in Europe)

It's for the immigrant visas of the other categories but most of them apply for the DV visa too.

p.s. that's the reason there is a search button TO USE IT! :)
 
hello

you can send mail to KCC and ask them whether your CN is current or not. and when you got your 2nd NL, and they will phone you.

just e-mail the kcc and tell them that you have become current
approximately two days after recieving an automatic reply from them you will recieved the second e-mail from kcc which will point toward your date of interview!

I have emailed to the KCC and I recieved an automatic reply. I hope i will have my interview date.

I got an email from KCC. They say i have my interview at Kathmandu Consulate/Embassy on June 15.

I am so happy. Thank god and thank everyone on this site. Everybody have been so helpful and so kind to share informations all around. Guys you are doing superb job. Please keep it up.

And Darkhorse, as you told your interview is on 9th of June, how come your interview earlier than me although my CN is ahead. Anywayz.. congrats everybody and best of luck
